Common Currency is dubbed the ‘Cooperative - Competition’, negotiation game. It is designed to provide groups of individuals with the opportunity to practice ‘cooperative-competition’ as they build their interpersonal and team skills. It is active, fun and hands - on, simple to execute, but complex to succeed at.

We all need a common currency if we intend to influence and negotiate. In this game, the currency is information, cooperation, strategy, tactics, negotiation and win: win outcomes, just like a real business.
