Jacqui has more than 16 years experience in retail in South Africa and the Middle East. She successfully managed retail training and customer service operations for Al Shaya in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and The United Arab Emirates.
As Training and Development Manager, Jacqui devised and implemented programmes for store managers and potential store managers as well as being involved in the recruitment of the best sales staff at all levels. She was responsible for the set up and management of retail outlets in the Cape and Natal region of South Africa and successfully designed and implemented a companywide standard operating manual for the leading cellular network.
As a consultant since 2001, Jacqui has advised on the training of standardised and tailormade learning interventions; created team-building events for clients; established effective training techniques; delivered Advanced Presentation Skills Workshops; designed and conducted Assessment Centres and Development Centres; developed and ran mystery shopper programmes.
Jacqui has a passion for her own learning and that of others, is a skilled facilitator and programme designer who has worked with a number of businesses to develop strategic performance solutions.
